Before claiming accuracy, we disclose what was measured.

Millisecond-precise, with lap timing — the TicketTimer stopwatch.

Independent clock models

The target HTTP clock and UTC reference clock each have their own monotonic anchor. Neither is used as a substitute for the other.

±U is estimated uncertainty

It combines round-trip delay, retained low-delay sample residuals, and drift uncertainty over time. Coverage is validated separately against controlled ground truth.

The web measurement boundary

The web measures only our reference endpoint and CORS-verified targets. We do not build an arbitrary URL proxy.

What is not frozen yet

Sample counts, uncertainty thresholds, and request modes per external target are finalized through repeat pre-release measurement. Provisional values are not product accuracy claims.
