Help with time measurement, saved openings, reminders, and privacy settings.
A target says measurement is unavailable
Time measurement is supported for some sites. The beta app shows the time for selected sites together with an estimated margin of error. Neither the web nor the app currently tells you when to tap. You can still save an official opening time to prepare for sites without measurement support.
A clock looks wrong or stale
Confirm the target, published opening time, venue timezone, and network connection. Measure again when freshness or uncertainty fails. Device time and the TicketTimer reference clock are never substituted for an unavailable target-server clock.
Notifications, overlay, and Live Activity
Notifications are sent only with your permission. Android overlays and iOS Live Activity are not available in the current beta.
Privacy controls and local deletion
Web analytics is off by default and managed on the privacy page. Adults can enable or disable app usage data and crash reports in Settings. Ad privacy choices are separate. Ages 13 to 17 receive only non-personalized ads. Adults may receive personalized ads according to their consent; on iOS, tracking authorization is also required. Android advertising ID permission is removed.
What TicketTimer does not do
TicketTimer never buys, books, registers, submits, bypasses a queue, or taps for you. Precision offers no advantage in lotteries or randomized queues, and a network estimate cannot guarantee success.

Email the app version, device and OS version, language, target catalog ID, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment data, booking codes, or ticket credentials.
