A target says measurement is unavailable
Catalog presence does not mean measurement has passed verification. TicketTimer deliberately withholds target time and tap guidance for an unverified target. Choose the target, check measurement availability, and save the official opening time only as a draft that cannot start tap guidance while it remains locked.
A clock looks wrong or stale
Confirm the target, published opening time, venue timezone, and network connection. Measure again when freshness or uncertainty fails. Device time and the TicketTimer reference clock are never substituted for an unavailable target-server clock.
Notifications, overlay, and Live Activity
Grant only the surface you want. Android overlay and notification access are separate opt-ins. iOS Live Activity appears on the lock screen or Dynamic Island, not over another app. Reopen TicketTimer to resynchronize if a surface becomes stale.
Privacy controls and local deletion
Anonymous analytics is off by default. Change it anytime in Settings, where you can also delete local timing-quality records. TicketTimer serves no ads and has no advertising-identifier access, cross-app tracking, ATT prompt, or GPS collection. Google UMP checks privacy requirements at launch.
What TicketTimer does not do
TicketTimer never buys, books, registers, submits, bypasses a queue, or taps for you. Precision offers no advantage in lotteries or randomized queues, and a network estimate cannot guarantee success.
