Privacy Policy

Millisecond-precise, with lap timing — the TicketTimer stopwatch.

Operator

In this Privacy Policy, TicketTimer is operated by ADLIFT Inc. ("the Company").

Data processed during measurement

When you start a measurement, we process send and receive timestamps, round-trip delay, and a one-time verification token between your browser and the TicketTimer server. The web experience does not collect arbitrary target URLs or personal reaction times.

What is stored

Reference-clock results are shown in your browser and are not stored as account history. Minimal access logs required for security and incident response may be retained for a limited period.

Data stored by the mobile app

The app stores your language choice, selected target and opening-time draft, reaction calibration, and up to 100 timing-quality records locally on the device. Timing records use catalog target IDs and measurement summaries; they do not store account credentials, arbitrary URLs, or purchase details.

Optional product analytics

Anonymous product analytics is off by default and starts only after explicit opt-in. TicketTimer has no analytics network service, so events remain in a durable queue in this browser and are never uploaded automatically. Events use coarse journey categories and exclude target names, URLs, and exact opening times. Turning consent off immediately deletes the local analytics queue and transient session identifiers.

Advertising and tracking

TicketTimer shows no ads. The Google Mobile Ads package is included only for its UMP privacy flow; no ad units are requested or loaded. The app does not access an advertising identifier or perform cross-app tracking, so iOS does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. Timed sessions, overlays, the armed period from five minutes before opening, and result screens remain mechanically ad-free.

Device permissions

Android asks separately before showing the optional timer over other apps and before notifications. iOS Live Activity is limited to the lock screen and Dynamic Island; it is not an overlay on other apps. TicketTimer does not request GPS or location permission.

Delete local app data

The web controls below let you export local analytics events as JSONL, delete them, or revoke consent at any time. Timing-quality records can be deleted separately in app settings. Use the operating system's app-data controls to remove other local preferences and reaction calibration.

Third parties and advertising

TicketTimer contains no behavioral analytics, personalized advertising, or advertising-identifier access. Google's UMP privacy flow may contact Google at launch to determine whether a consent message or privacy-options entry is required. No Meta mediation is included. We will update this notice before those practices change.

Independence notice

TicketTimer is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any booking site, university, venue, or brand shown in the catalog. All trademarks and service names are the property of their respective owners.

Limitations and contact

Displayed values are network-based estimates and do not guarantee a successful booking or purchase. If you email support, we process your email address and message only as needed to investigate and reply; do not include passwords, payment data, or ticket credentials.
