Privacy Policy
How TicketTimer handles information on the web and in the app, including local storage and deletion.
Operator
In this Privacy Policy, TicketTimer is operated by ADLIFT Inc. ("the Company").
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 to use TicketTimer. Children under 13 may not use the app.
Data processed during measurement
When you start a measurement, we process send and receive timestamps, round-trip delay, and a one-time verification token between your browser and the TicketTimer server. The web experience does not collect arbitrary target URLs or personal reaction times.
What is stored
Reference-clock results appear in your browser and are not saved as account history. Server access and error logs used for security and troubleshooting rotate daily; we retain the current file and three previous files. Recent targets, favorites, and opening times you enter are saved in this browser. Clear this site’s browser data to remove them.
Data stored by the mobile app
The app stores language and country settings, recent targets and favorites, saved openings and reminder settings, reaction calibration, and records needed to limit measurement requests on your device. It also keeps up to 64 measurement reference values to estimate how fast or slow a clock runs. Calculations use only values recorded in the past 14 days. It does not record purchase or course-registration outcomes.
Optional product analytics
Optional Firebase Analytics and crash reports are off by default and available only to adults who enable them in Settings. You can turn them off at any time. This choice is separate from ad consent and does not grant Firebase advertising consent. Events exclude target names, URLs, and exact opening times. Turning the choice off stops future collection. This setting does not delete information already sent to Firebase. Crashlytics reports that have not been sent are deleted from the device when you turn the choice off.
Advertising and tracking
TicketTimer uses Google AdMob. Users aged 13 to 17 receive only non-personalized ads. For adults, AdMob determines personalization from Google UMP privacy choices and applicable rules. On iOS, only adults are asked for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission after UMP; without authorization, the app requests only non-personalized ads. Declining does not affect timer features. Android advertising ID permission is removed and Google's same-app identifier is disabled on iOS. Google may process device information, IP-based approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostics for delivery and measurement. Revisit ad privacy choices in Settings. Details: https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure.
Device permissions
Notifications are sent only with your permission. Android overlays and iOS Live Activity are disabled in the current beta. The app does not request GPS or location permission.
Delete local app data
Use the web controls below to export local web analytics events as JSONL, delete them, or withdraw consent. In the app, turning off the Firebase analytics choice stops future collection and deletes unsent Crashlytics reports stored on the device. It does not delete information already sent to Firebase. Clear this site’s browser data to remove recent targets, favorites, and opening-time drafts. In the app, you can delete saved openings and remove favorites. To erase all local app data, use your operating system’s app-data deletion feature or delete the app.
Third parties and advertising
For measurements, the web connects to TicketTimer servers; the app connects to supported target sites or reference-clock servers. Eligible ad placements connect to Google UMP and AdMob after the age check. Firebase receives optional usage data and crash reports only when an adult enables them.
Independence notice
TicketTimer is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any booking site, university, venue, or brand shown in the catalog. All trademarks and service names are the property of their respective owners.
Limitations and contact
Displayed values are network-based estimates and do not guarantee a successful booking or purchase. If you email support, we process your email address and message only as needed to investigate and reply; do not include passwords, payment data, or ticket credentials.
